Return to the world of Nocturnals, where civilisation struggles to recover decades after creatures from outer-space laid it to ruin.
Play as Ted, a hopeful survivor chasing rumours of a forgotten community deep within the foggy state of Cacti Coast.
Along the way, you'll make friends and foes, all with differing views on what Cacti Coast has become - and what it should be. Your choices will shape not only Ted’s beliefs, but also the companions who join him and the places he dares to go.
Gameplay Features:
Your story continues: If you played Nocturnals, your ending carries over. Does Ted start his journey resentful and alone, or is he accompanied by a close companion, Diego?
Non-linear exploration: Choose where to travel next. Each location across Cacti Coast offers a unique narrative, with characters, dilemmas, and philosophies that can influence your path.
Companions and consequences: Characters you meet may choose to join your journey - or walk away, depending on your actions.
Continue your story or carve out a new one in Nocturnals: Cacti Coast, coming late 2026.
Hello again! We hope everyone had a good Halloween we saw some Nocturnals inspired Halloween outfits on our discord which was pretty awesome to see.
As for progress with Nocturnals Cacti Coast, me (Max) and Pablo have been working very hard almost every day on the game, and were really happy with how its turning out.
We didnt share anything in October, so heres a sneak peek of the part of the game weve been working on in the past month, and a bit about what weve been up to:

In the last month Pablo finished most of the fundamental systems needed for gameplay and scenes, and so weve had fun implementing some of them in game and everythings going according to plan. Thanks to Pablos efficient system its been really easy to add different dialogue/reactions to scenes and gameplay based on your choices and actions, so were confident that youll definitely be able to see your choices having an impact on your play through in so many ways.
We hope to share more with you all soon.
Thanks for following our progress
Max and Pablo
