After all of your wonderful feedback from GDX 2025, were back with another update! This update mainly consists of bug fixes, but we also made some significant gameplay changes to speed pads and explosions.

Removed slow pads.
Explosions created by the player no longer damage the player.
Removed Intelligent Demolition.
Turrets now flash an indicator before firing.
Turrets fire slower.
Prevented selling Max Health Boost if doing so would kill you.
Fixed golden speed pads not existing.
Fixed speed being limited to 100 km/h after completing the tutorial.
Fixed More Barrels race debuff not working.
Fixed Pit Stop sometimes not spawning aligned with the road.
Fixed being able to fire weapon for one frame at start of tutorial.
Fixed being able to accidentally restart the game for one frame immediately after dying.
Fixed being able to interact with the Pit Stop UI while in the pause menu or Voucher item selection screen.
Redesigned speed pad to be much more visible.
Items on sale in the Pit Stop items now display a special icon.
Refined Pit Stop entry and exit animation.
Fixed scrap balance overflowing in Pit Stop.
Fixed non-Voucher items for sale sometimes flashing in the Pit Stop.

Limited visual effect of Funny Driving Juice in the Pit Stop.

A new update has arrived! It consists mainly of a visual overhaul to the world, the HUD, and the Pit Stop.

Shield no longer uses energy while charging.
Prevent shield and energy from decaying while in the Pit Stop.
Prevent Status timers from decreasing in the Pit Stop.
Fixed health pickup interfering with pushed objects.
Fixed opponent racer hitboxes being too tall. That was causing mortar projectiles fired by the player to unexpectedly hit them.
Fixed Pit Stops spawning in the wrong location if a run goes on long enough.
Overheal now converts 50% instead of 100% of excess healing into shield.
Adrenaline Rush no longer gives damage resistance.
Follow Through max resistance reduced from 35% to 25%.
Golden Explosion has been removed.
Increased Ram energy used per damage blocked from 3 to 5.
Ram now only passively blocks collision damage. All other damage can still be parried.
Increased energy cost of parrying from 50 to 80.
Reduced energy refund when landing a parry from 75% to 50%.
Overhauled post-processing and lighting, which significantly changes the appearance of the game.
Overhauled the HUD.
Adjusted the camera position and angle.
Added constant camera shake relative to your speed. This effect can be controlled with the camera shake slider in the settings menu.
Fixed camera going under the road when the camera shakes too much.
Redesigned the appearance of the Pit Stop, and overhauled its user interface.
Updated the store clerk to be more engaged with the world.
Added overhead and roadside signs that direct you to the Pit Stop.
Added a full screen effect for when the player has shield.
Reworked other full screen effects.
Updated appearance of all pickups.
Removed explosive indicator above barrels.
Removed lane highlighting effect.
Made the traffic light at the start of races a little confused.
Fixed some issues causing a severe performance drop in the Pit Stop and main menu.
Made the world recenter itself at the origin occasionally, which should hopefully prevent some visual and behavioral issues caused by floating point inaccuracy during runs scoring above approximately 100,000.
Fixed control icons occasionally displaying for the wrong input device type.
