All the Perk NPC's now in Zombo Town, so you can upgrade everything. The Trait Unlock NPC is also in there, though you can only get Specialist from him currently. To see the new Upgrade characters, hit the [ INFO ] button on the title screen. ALSO HEADS UP: This build contains a save clear for the testing branch, everyone's testing save *should be* wiped with this. If it isn't, let me know.
