We just released SteamWorld Heist, the follow-up to SteamWorld Dig. It's a space adventure set in a post-apocalyptic SteamWorld. You see, a cataclysmic event of earth-shattering proportions has forced the robots out to space! It's a robot-eat-robot world out there and resources are slim. Many steambots have turned to space piracy in order to survive, and you're one of them! As the captain you will command a steam-driven pirate crew in a series of epic tactical shootouts. Inspired by classics like XCOM and Worms, SteamWorld Heist is turn-based strategy with a twist: You manually aim the guns of your robots, allowing for insane skill shots and bullet-bouncing action!

• Added an error message when failing to load a texture instead of hard crashing.

We've released an initial patch containing a number of fixes and improvements. Big thanks to the pre-release testers for reporting these issues! Here is the change log: Version 1.03

• Listed more controls on the pause screen.
• Added smarter gamepad detection. If you play on keyboard, you now get keyboard button indicators even if you have a gamepad attached to your computer.
• Fixed crash when playing the game in French.
• Fixed input issues that made wall-jumping difficult.
• Fixed tools not being selected after buying them in some cases.
• Fixed some buggy achievements.
• Fixed mismatching background tiles.
• Fixed a number of misc issues.
