Question Mark 2 is a first/third person walking simulator style game, the character is you, you can walk, run, jump, go up and down stairs, pick up objects and interact in various ways with these objects, you will also have various interactions with mechanisms present in the levels to solve the puzzles. In addition to the items acquired in the first game (Crowbar, Magic Wand, Electric Racket), you will now also receive new items throughout the game. Third-person mode is now present and is essential for progressing in the game. The puzzles are obviously still present in this sequel, and are now more diverse than those in the first game. Unlike the first game, which only had a single enemy, Question Mark 2 has several different enemies that must be defeated to progress in the game. The game now has a HUB level (a level that gives access to the other levels), with each completed level you will receive a key to open the next one, an operation similar to games such as Turok Dinosaur Hunter and Turok 2 Seeds of Evil.
