Travel the seasTrade over 20 goodsBuild new businessesUpgrade your ships
Welcome to High Seas, High Profits! A game about putting on the dusty pants of a medieval capitalist, entrusting drunk sailors with trading your beer and enforcing the almost random desires of whimsy mayors who think famine is kinda bad, but throwing a harvest celebration is crucial!
You're busy, let's get down to business:
discover the cities on your map and the bonuses that they offer
trade between cities and build wealth
buy old dusty ships or build your very own new and shiny ones
learn about prices and set up trading routes
build production businesses or enter auctions for city owned shops
find new captains with awesome traits, or train the ones you have into... sucking less
engage with the other traders, race them through the cities, help them out or work towards bankrupting them and taking over their business
fight pirates, run away or just.. befriend them, for a chance at treasure and rare ship improvements
enjoy chill, turn based gameplay or fast pace RTS and switch between the 2 at any time!
Features:\n* there is now a custom quest after completing a warehouse, not the standard new business one.\n* the consumption tab of the trader\'s hall now also takes into consideration your shops\n* winter mode can now be disabled completely when starting a new game\n* you can now set a new price for a good when selling / buying for all trade routes AND all warehouses from the convoy automatic trade helper.\n* you can now see all your shops in a list similar to the businesses list\n* successfully supplying a shop will now grant additional reputation\n* you can now lose your shop if you neglect it for too long (not your own businesses, those are safe)\n* there is now a quest to notify you of a shop that has been neglected and could soon be seized\n* after losing a shop, an auction is now created for its management. While you\'re no longer explicitly invited, you can still participate in the auction.\n* AI traders can now lose management of their shops. It\'s random & the chance is low, but it still happens quite often, especially if there are many shops in your world.\n* mayors no longer work on the goal to expand the city on their own. That\'s something you\'ll need to help them with.\n* you will now lose part of your reputation in a city if you lose a shop.\n* player reputation is now directly visible in the world view for any discovered city\n\nBugs:\n* shops would sometimes sell less goods than planned.\n* the consumption shown in the trader\'s hall would not take into consideration businesses missing resources\n* it was possible to sometimes crash the convoy statistics window when changing the currently viewed trading session.\n* an error was thrown when you were in the ship sale window and the ship is taken away because it\'s in fact temporarily rented.
