- Added a shockwave visual effect for The World T5 item

- Changed oil/ash from enemies to no longer move from conveyors (originally I thought it would look good but turned out it didn't at all lol)
- Fixed a movement bug with the Monitor type bosses
- Fixed tint for some boxes on different floors
- Fixed an audio bug with the phone in the shop
