Added Languages and Graphic Overhaul

Most of it is already implemented, only missing some of the pause menu and some tooltips backgrounds (that's to come before demo release), as well as the gadgets and possibly a few more enemies. I am very excited to show how the game looks now.
And all of these to be able to have a more constant theme throughout the game.
