Elite enemies buffing each other is soft locking people, and although closing and reopening the game solves it, its just annoying to deal with and halts progression by a lot.
Now Elite enemies enemies can not buff each other anymore.
They can't heal, they don't get double health, and they will never be invulnerable.
Another quick tip to help dealing with them is equipping the Tool, it helps you locate them easily!

Also I managed to fix the Ballistas growing too much bug.
