Hello everyone, Today's update includes several visual enhancements, including an introductory cinematic. We hope these improvements will allow you to fully enjoy the ATARAXIE experience. Here are the details of the additions:

• Added an introduction at the start of a new game
• Added borders on the left and right sides of the screen
• Added a shield recharge indicator
• Added a visual indicator for light changes
• Unlock and select different borders by defeating the various bosses
• Changed the screen resolution from 4:3 to 16:9
• Removed an enemy near the save point at the top of the temple
• Fixed text issues in Russian, Chinese, and Japanese
• Updated the game engine
• Various bug fixes

Having received multiple feedbacks about the game's difficulty, we have decided to create two difficulty modes: SCRIBE difficulty mode: This mode offers a simplified gameplay experience: - Damage reduced by half - Red and yellow lights are less powerful - Water does not kill in one hit but inflicts damage over time - Tutorial available - Good ending inaccessible The goal of this mode is to allow players to discover the game without the die-and-retry aspect being too significant. PHARAOH difficulty mode: This mode is identical in difficulty to the previous single game mode. However, in this mode, tutorials are disabled by default. We have added a button in the PHARAOH difficulty menu that allows you to switch to SCRIBE difficulty at save points. Additionally, several players expressed frustration with the light cycle, which sometimes required them to wait. We have thus chosen to add a button allowing you to change the light in exchange for Mat. Finally, we have made several fixes: - Improved dead zone for controller sticks. - Lowered the volume of the firebird's cry - Some texts were rewritten - Changed the color of the health bar to green when the player is poisoned - Health points are more legible - Changed the color of the dark blue doors to light blue when levers are activated.
