Weve made it easier to jump straight into the fun in Polterguys: Possession Party. Quickplay now searches around the world to find an active game for you. If a match is already underway, youll drop in as a spectator and join the action at the start of the next round. No matter where the party is, theres always a spot for you.

Each round, the Emperor of Fashion gives you a theme. You and the other ghosts rush to possess the best costume items to match it. Its fast, competitive, and full of ridiculous outfits. Right now it plays out in a single level. If youre enjoying it, wed love to expand on it.

Patch notes:
Fixed some issues with the new camera
Added the ability to remove bots from custom games (Note: reduces medal rewards per match)
Thrown powerups now start long and reduce distance when charged (Prevents accidental disco deaths)
Fixed customize controls for camera switch

Just a quick heads-up: Polterguys: Possession Party works well on Steam Deck! We've tested it internally and had no issues performance is solid, controls feel good, and nothing breaks.
We also made a native Linux build especially for Steam Deck, so the game runs at maximum performance without relying on Proton or Windows compatibility layers.
Were still waiting on the official Steam Deck Verified checkmark, but in the meantime, if youre playing on Deck and spot anything weird, let us know. That feedback helps.
