It's been over a year since I've been trying to remake my game and here are the first results...
Major changes:
- The game genre has changed from roguelike to metroidvania. The game will feature various obstacles to overcome which you will need to find a suitable item. Saves are no longer deleted after death :)
- World generation is now tied to seeds, which can be copied to start a new game.
- The combat has become more responsive, enemies have become less chaotic. Before attacking, each creature plays a certain animation. When attacking enemies, sticking is triggered, which adjusts your blow towards the target. So far, the variety of enemies has become smaller, but the quality of each has become higher, compared to the old version.
- Some items have been removed, some have been added, and some have been reworked.
- Rooms with water areas have been added to the dungeons.
- The first NPC has been added to the game, it's simple, but I hope you'll like it.
- Controller support.

Yes, I know that my game is full of flaws. The gameplay is not very good, especially the terrible combat. Therefore, I want to announce that the game is waiting for a significant overhaul.
First, the game needs to change genre from roguelike to adventure / metroidvania. But I will not remove the random generation. The world generation will be tied to a seed number that can be entered when starting a new game. The algorithm will create random islands and dungeons that will open one by one as the game progresses.
Also in the game will remain elements of survival and sandbox. The hero will need to build various defensive structures to survive the regular waves of night attacks.
In addition, there will be:
New combat, comfortable and beautiful.
Creatures and bosses reworking from zero.
More intuitive controls with hints.
Story and plot.
Farming, fishing, crafting and more.
