Toribash 5.51 - 12/04/21 fixes

Changes in this update:
- Fixed a bug with Login screen ignoring login result and remembering any credentials while in Multiplayer
- Fixed bug with high dpi mode toggle in graphics settings showing inverted result on macOS
- Added an option to choose whether you want your messages to be shown in a different color in chat (Options -> Game -> Chat). Can also be toggled with /opt playertext command
- Updated window size / height inputs to remember last used screen resolution during current session after enabling borderless fullscreen mode
