New level 13! If a top-down and third person view had a baby. This new play mode has endless possibilities. It preserves the simplicity of controlling the space ship in a 2D plane, but adds a 3rd dimension by sticking the ship on a 3D-surface. The controls are almost like for 3D, but without up-down and spin.

Changes:

-Level 13.

-Player name and music preferences are loaded from last session.

-Some performance improvements for asteroid cloud generation.

-Bullet speed inherits the space ship base speed for enhanced space diplomacy.

Hello Space Commanders! Thank you for checking out this tiny space game! I hope to add art work, sound and levels soon.

A quick note: on Windows, the audio has slightly higher latency compared to Mac and Linux. Its still playable, and for now Id rather focus on creating new content than diving into platform-specific audio code.
