FoMO is a first-person psychological horror about your broken life, paranoia, and monsters that never stop hunting you.
Wake up. Work. Drink. Sleep. Repeat.
That was your life… until one small action sent everything out of control.
Now, the apartment is rotting.
The pub is dead.
And the office has become a maze where monsters stalk you in the dark.
You’re not a hero. You have no weapons.
You can only run. Or die.
The Game
FoMO is a first-person psychological horror focused on paranoia, escape, and suffocating tension.
There’s little combat. Monsters lurk at every step, and you’re constantly left with the feeling of being hunted.
Run, hide, survive. Randomly generated mazes make every attempt unique.
Disturbing sounds and pixelated 3D visuals create a retro atmosphere that warps into nightmare.
You’re trapped in a distorted version of your own life.
The suffocating silence, the breath behind the door, the meaningless routine, the monsters chasing you - everything pushes you deeper into the abyss.
The narrative is linear, but your choices can speed up the consequences.
One small action will bring the horror.
But do you know which one?
Features
First-person psychological horror
Focus on tension and escape
Growing terror through sound and atmosphere
Random mazes making every run unpredictable
Retro pixelated 3D visuals
Minimal combat - all about running and hiding
Linear narrative with choices that impact the story’s flow
Watch your life fall apart
Simple controls: run, hide, survive
What does FoMO mean?
It stands for “Fear of Missing Out,” the anxiety that you’re missing out on exciting events, movies, or social media trends – unless you’re connected 24/7.

Hi, everyone!
Heres a nice update:
Youll be able to play FoMO in Portuguese (BR) or English
But we want to do even better. So, let us know:

FoMO Dev Team.
Hey, everyone!
When we joined Steam Next Fest, we knew it was just the beginning.
We received way more feedback than expected including some harsh, but fair. And we listened to all of it. Weve spent the last few months obsessed with making the game tenser, sharper, and more immersive.
Heres a spoiler of whats changed:
The labyrinth is bigger and more challenging.
Weve enriched the environments with NPC interactions and none of them are just small talk.
Bugs: fixed.
The narrative now moves at a more intense pace.
Before, it was easy to get lost with no idea what to do. Now, youll understand where to interact and why. The UI guides the experience better, and weve added an objective checklist!

The new demo is coming soon!!
If you played the first one, youll feel the difference.
If you didnt you might want to run.
Until next,
FoMO Dev Team.
