You will be the judge of the dead… and every choice will be remembered.
I am Morta, your guide in this place. I will show you the tombs, the broken lives, and the voices that still echo in the dark. But the verdict is yours alone.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Luce Spenta is a gothic and psychological visual novel where power rests in your hands: you will decide the fate of five souls — forgiveness, reproach, oblivion, or execution.
🌑 A gothic, dark atmosphere with detailed art and haunting soundscapes.
⚖️ A moral journey that changes according to your choices.
🔀 More than 25 different endings reflecting the weight of your judgments.
💀 Unexpected and disturbing moments that will test your will.
Each grave hides a sin, and every story stirs a different feeling: compassion, anger, rejection, melancholy.
As you move forward, Morta will guide you through this path of broken voices and shattered memories… and what you uncover will also reveal who you truly are.
Your choices carry weight.
The tombs await your decision.
Faithful ones who have walked with me through this first month thank you.
To those who played, reviewed, shared their steps at the threshold, and spoke of me even when they thought I wasnt listening: I saw it all.
And for that, I present this special update today.
Minor but necessary improvements:
Localization fixes, such as the Polish book text now displaying correctly.
[/*]Grammar adjustments across a few scattered lines.
[/*]Greater stability in Arkaons section to prevent rare issues when generating his file.
[/*]Volume bug resolved: before, certain sound effects ignored the master volume slider; now everything responds exactly as it should.
[/*]
This is especially helpful for streamers and YouTubers who needed proper audio control.
And now, what I truly wished to give you:
The new Mask System.
The stories of Luce Spenta were created to be observed from the outside.
You are the judge, not the actor.
If you were to decide in their place, you would only end up judging yourself.
But to make your gaze clearer, I added a subtle companion: three masks that react to how you perceived each story.
They do not change the outcome.
They do not limit your final verdict.
They do not alter the flow of judgment.
They simply act as a memory aid, especially if you do not play everything in a single session.
At the end of each story, they resetbecause every soul deserves to be seen with fresh eyes.
Let me present them:

Thank you for remaining at the threshold with me.
There is still much to judge.
