Hello!
Today is a small maintenance patch day for Inhuman Resources. Here's the very short changelog:
- We now have a native build on Linux! If you run Linux, Steam should automatically switch you over to the native Linux version. If you prefer staying on the Windows version for any reason, you can do by going to the Compatibility tab of your game's properties and enabling any Proton compatibility mode.
- We updated our Unity version. This is a necessary security update following the discovery of vulnerability CVE-2025-59489.
- A rare softlock after completing both the Education and Cosmetics departments has been fixed.
- During video puzzles, the confirm button is new greyed out if the footage hasn't been zoomed in yet.
Hello!
First of all, as always thank you for playing Inhuman Resources. This patch is based off community feedback and bug reports, as we want to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the story with no interruptions. Thank you for your patience and please keep the feedback coming!
- A paragraph accidentally written in French in the English version of "The Nervous Breakdown" has been fixed.
- Missing French translations have been added.
- Fixed an issue on Wednesday where the game could get stuck.
- Fixed an issue in Evaporation where the game could get stuck.
- Fixed an issue in Epilogue where one of the endings could cause the game to become stuck.
- Fixed an issue where reloading a chapter or changing language while a special icon was displayed on the resume button could cause the game to get stuck.
- The game now saves automatically at fixed intervals, to help with lost progress.
- 'Restore Inventory' button has been changed to 'Stuck?' for clarity.
