We have some good news to share

From early on, weve been developing On Tape << Rewind with Steam Deck support firmly in mind.

Were happy to say that the game already runs smoothly on Steam Deck and is fully playable using the built-in controls or compatible controllers no mouse or keyboard needed. That includes all the core stuff: exploring the cabin, handling cassette tapes, fiddling with audio equipment, and digging through clues.

A lot of the game is about slow, deliberate interaction, and that actually translates really well to a handheld. Our goal is that playing on Steam Deck should feel just as natural and immersive as playing on desktop not like a compromised version.

That said, were not done yet. Well keep testing, tweaking, and polishing the experience as development continues, and well share updates if anything changes. But if Steam Deck is your preferred way to play, weve definitely got you covered.
