Build 2060 - Fixes for Steam Accounts, OSX Lockups

Hey Folks, This build is a pure fix build, with fixes for steam accounts getting "stuck" authenticating or creating an account forever, and for the game freezing for OSX users, as well as some server lock-up issues with some hosts, particularly with mods.
