• Defiant is back in service: the ship has completed its repairs in the Vior system.
• The intensity of the Signal increases dramatically: scientists are alarmed.

[hr][/hr] So, today we have some shocking news. All known Imperial paths to the metropolis are completely closed to private citizens by decrees of the states. The Federation is also taking full control of the transit hubs. Navigation codes have been changed, it is no longer possible to get to the central regions of the states. The states comment that this is a temporary security measure to stop the spread of a new form of the Liu-virus. The New Empire, Ironside Empire, Sacred Empire, Northern Empire, Sparta, most of the Federation regions, the Mendes Family, and the Custodians have put their armies on high alert. Fleets of ships are arriving to the Frontier sectors. The factions heavy fleets are also rumored to be on the move. From the information available, we may be seeing residual movement, and states have managed to discreetly move hundreds of thousands of ships as recently as a few months ago. The purpose of the actions is unclear at this point, but such scale of the movements was not even reached during the Invasion. The Ironside Empire News Service has published a document saying that peace has been made between the Emperor and Bartle. It is currently impossible to verify this information, but the News Service assures that it is not a hoax. If this is indeed true, then who is their common enemy? The Federation? Aliens? In addition, the fact that the Emperor and Bartle were reported missing or dead leaves many questions about this statement. The Ellydium corporation announced the completion of maintenance of the dreadnought Daring in the Vior system. Immediately after the repairs were finished, the ship headed out on a research mission. Construction of a new dreadnought has started at the Pilgrim-11 shipyard, its name to be announced later. The intensity of the Signal in the entire observed galaxy has increased many times over, reaching a near-record high. The Signals strength continues to grow, and scientists from all nations are demanding this fact not to be ignored. Governments say that crisis management groups have already been set up to deal with the situation. Whats in store for us? A new Invasion? A war between states?
