Enhancements:

Decreased the amount of time it takes for speed & jump boosts to respawn
Added Audio Volume Options
The game now defaults to the desktop resolution

Bug Fixes:

Fixed elevators not completely resetting when returning to a checkpoint
Fixed overlapping names in credits
Rewrote the Map Hub doors to resolve various issues
