Fixed several bugs caused by running the game on Windows in a non-English locale. Note that save games from previous builds may have been corrupted by the locale encoding issues. If you are having trouble with your save game not loading, you may need to create a new user profile in-game. To do this, from the main menu:

Click "Profile"
Click "Create New Profile"
Click the "Name" field and give your profile a name
Click "Create"
Close the menus
