Darwinia 2.2.0-296 hotfix release

Changes since 2.2.0-292:

  • macOS: Fix landscape render on Vulkan (MoltenVK) backend.
  • Removed some unused and buggy features in the shader preprocessing code.
  • Updated ANGLE and MoltenVK.
