Fixed baby headcrabs not pitch shifting their sounds correctly
Fixed Vortigaunt pain and die sounds not playing
Fixed crossbow bolt not appearing in the world correctly
Fixed missing suit in c1a0c
Fixed missing music in c2a1
Fixed incorrect start items in c2a4
Fixed incorrect start items in c2a4d
Fixed incorrect start map for Lambda Core (changed from c3a2 to c3a2e)
Fixed missing music in c4a1
Fixed dialogue in c4a1, c4a1b, c4a1c, c4a1f
Fixed missing sounds in c4a2
Fixed incorrect sounds and effects in c4a3
