HALLOWEEN NEWS! SEQUEL! NEW BUNDLE!
We started work on this project in the summer, around the same time as Paper Shakespeare (which is still up on Greenlight if you want to check it out). The saga of comedic Lovecraft was not over in our heads, and while we had other games in other engines that we wanted to try, it felt right to go forward with an idea that was both fresh in our heads as well as a step forward for us into the world of bigger and better games.
- New art complete with alt-outfits and expressions - Ten party members (+ some secret ones) all with their own unique storylines - Argument System 2.0 There's a ton of stuff that we would like to tell you about but can't simply because we're still in the process of putting it all in the code. Right now, we have two soft launch dates. We'd either like May 2017 or August-October 2017. The main page for Super Army 3 is here. We also have some more surprises that we can't really discuss because they are just so early on that it would be irresponsible to do so. Needless to say, post-Army 3 looks interesting. We would like to move on to bigger games, but if that is not in the cards, we have ideas for smaller projects, other VN-hybrids to keep you guys company. For instance, Bryy is currently trying to adapt all of the plays that he wrote since high scool and college into games. So while we're not saying "expect a flood of stuff up on Greenlight", it wouldn't surprise us. That's it for now. We don't expect a whole lot of updates on Super Army 3 before launch, but who knows. As like before:

First off, Happy Halloween!
Secondly: yeah, that's a banner for a sequel, formatted for Steam News sizes. Straight from our computer to yours. But more on that in a second.
Third: we have a new bundle up, the Ultimate H.P. LOLcraft Deluxe Platinum Edition, which includes everything so far, and will include the upcoming (free) Winter DLC. It is a Complete the Set bundle type, which means that it will subtract what you already own from the bundle if you so wish to purchase it.
Now, on to the meat....

Sick to death of H.P. Lovecraft-based games yet? No? That's great! If you are... well... still play this one.
Dagon is all like 'yo' and Perry/you is all like 'sup'. Dagon needs you to destroy the human town of Innsmouth, but you're all like 'there are a lot of people living there, so I'mma need to get an army worthy of Mordor so I can simply walk into Innsmouth'. Dagon's all 'sure, but you have a time limit because that's how this game has replayability'.
At its heart, AoT:(N)ACDS is a coming-of-age tale about a boy/girl that is totally going to destroy humanity. By humanity, we mean a small coastal town. It is the Adventure-RPG based upon Shadow Over Innsmouth, where you control the eldritch horrors from beyond time and space! Inspired by classic RPGs, Lucasarts adventure games, and, you know, other cool stuff.
Features
- Quirky 2D art with photography backdrops. Like the theme of sanity in all of Lovecraft's works, the art changes - sometimes drastically based on where you are in the game, who you are talking to, and what you are doing.
- Time management is also a factor, as some areas only open up at certain times, and you may find yourself unable to train everyone you want before the final invasion of Innsmouth.
- A SILENT PROTAGONIST. REVOLUTIONARY.
- Fully voiced cast of 60+ characters!
- Four central hub areas
- Whale Jesus (but only in the most awesome of playthroughs)
- Use your wits to engage in battles where words are sharper than swords or other things that hurt people in reality! Because NOBODY has EVER done conversation-based combat before!
- Recruit a party of THOUSANDS (if thousands meant six), ranging from Deep Ones to Night Gaunts, all staples of the Lovecraft mythos! Find hidden army squads and party members to further puff up your ranks!
- Do things that relate to other things and provide consequences of choice! We totally have more than three differently colored endings! We swear! (At least five! One is even pink!)
And no, it's not a Cthulhu Dating Simulator. Honestly.
No, really.
