Hey guys and gals, just a quick update regarding the Steam Cards. As of now the Collector's Edition cards and badges are up and running. Sorry it took so long but it should all work now, and you can finally earn your badges. As for the Stand Alone episodes, we've made some changes and hopefully they should work as well. If not, there's not much to do about it at this point as the game was made free and as such isn't qualified for card drops. Again, this was our fault and we'll continue trying to find a solution or a workaround for this. If the CE cards are still not dropping or if you have any other issues, please let us now. • No longer is the latest save or autosave file used for data transfer to Episode 2, now we use a custom choice data file instead,
• Each time a player reaches the credits screen, and only then, Episode 1 choice data file is created or overwritten,
• Choice data cannot be overwritten manually by the player (it's not a standard save or autosave file)

BWM Episode 02 - Update v2.2.1

• Updated the choice data transfer system to work with new Episode 1 choice data transfer system,
• No longer is the latest Episode 1 save or autosave file used for data transfer to Episode 2, now we use a custom choice data file instead.

Good news bear enthusiasts, the "experience breaking" bug has been resolved! We apologize for the inconvenience. We decided to block the game on steam, and while it might have been a rash decision we feel it's better this way than to leave you guys with less of the experience than we intended. Again, we are sorry about this, but it's safe to say that the game is back and running with all the wonders, humor, story, tension and drama our detective duo have to offer. To reach the default launcher, simply restart your Steam app. Once it downloads some changes for Bear With Me you can start the game and should be prompted with the choice of which episode you want to start. Bear and Amber all day and all night because, in Paper City, Amber and Ted examine the burned Steel Mill and find a couple of new clues that might be able to shed a light on the case. While they are still catching up, new events keep unfolding and slowing them down. Could the infamous Reef King be behind all of this? Was he the one that brought RED to Amber’s city? Hello there bear lovers, We've been busy solving a couple of the major issues that have been bugging you.

UPDATES

1) Removed Game Launcher We no longer use the Unity Launcher when launching the game. Now when you launch the game through Steam you will directly go to the game. This also includes the following update point. 2) Added in-game Resolution Change Support We have had troubles with all non 16:9 aspect ratio screens you have been playing on. This is now fixed and you are able to play the game on any aspect ratio, either full screen or windowed. The resolution controls can be found inside the main menu scene under the Settings button. You will both be able to chose your target resolution and window / full screen mode.

FIXES

1) Localization Fix We changed some of the localisation files and in-game texts. They now have a more natural translation. Thank you for letting us know. 2) Minor Bug Fixes We do see every comment that you leave on the Discussions so feel free to continue to do so. We will do our best to resolve any issues you find. This process helps us a lot to foresee any bugs in future episode too and resolve them before you guys need to encounter them. That's all for now. We are busy with the second episode, no spoilers yet but a couple of teasers soon? Maybe :)

Hello fellow detectives, Time for a tad of updating. Thank you for all the positive feedback, we are very happy that you are enjoying the game. Also kudos to all the bug reports we have received. Although we tested the bear out of it, you were able to find some fluffy stuff that we never encountered which helped us greatly to solve it ASAP. If you are wondering why your game was updating on Steam, here’s why, we:

• fixed a bug where you could exit Amber's Room without Ted E. Bear
• fixed the achievements, all are now obtainable as intended (Missed Opportunity)
• fixed Ted's hints, they were not working as intended in some situations
• fixed the subtitle encoding, some special characters were not being displayed correctly
• fixed some minor spelling errors
• fixed an error in which the Clock in the Hallway did not have the proper animation enabled
• fixed some other minor pesky bugs
