UNDERTALE Updated. Steam Client Beta Issues Reminder

UNDERTALE was updated on Steam to fix bugs and increase compatibility. However, now the Mac version may crash every time you hold ESC to quit. It has no gameplay effect, but doesn't look good. This is a known bug inherent to Gamemaker (software I use) that can't be fixed until it's updated. Will fix it as soon as possible. If the update causes your game to NOT work or you like bugs, revert to old version: Right-click UNDERTALE in Library-->Properties -->Betas -->old_version_100 By the way, this update doesn't fix Steam Client Beta's latest update issues with UNDERTALE. If UNDERTALE's suddenly stopped launching, try reverting to the normal version of the Steam Client. Steam -> Settings -> Beta Subscription

Welcome to UNDERTALE. In this RPG, you control a human who falls underground into the world of monsters. Now you must find your way out... or stay trapped forever.

  • Killing is unnecessary: negotiate out of danger using the unique battle system.
  • Time your attacks for extra damage, then dodge enemy attacks in a style reminiscent of top-down shooters.
  • Original art and soundtrack brimming with personality.

  • Become friends with all of the bosses!

  • You can date a skeleton.
  • Hmmm... now there are 6 dogs...?
  • Maybe you won't want to date the skeleton.
  • I thought I found a 7th dog, but it was actually just the 3rd dog.
  • If you play this game, can you count the dogs for me...? I'm not good at it.
