Some Bugfixes

I've managed to fix some minor bugfixes that people have reported (for which I thank you!) - the big one involves the "Drops of Juniper" steam achievement, which should work properly in all ways now. Thanks to everyone who has played, had fun, commented and helped improve the game experience. I really love the community of adventure game players who play not only our games, but many others as well. Thanks again for being excellent. Bt
