https://youtu.be/xlc1mq9rXvE The long awaited update is finally here. The game is still very much in an alpha state, but this patch brings many new changes including: Action Frames: This is the biggest addition of the patch. Clicking LMB or RMB play a configurable attack animation (clicking and holding still triggers total control). This should make the game much more intuitive for beginners. Precision Control: Hold E to control the position of your hand rather than swinging from your shoulder. Less powerful but more control Improved blocking: Blocking works more accurately now. Improved VR Controls: Hands stay more 1:1 to motion controllers Camera Fixes: The camera stays level with the ground. There are a ton of other things I changed/added, but I am bad about writing down everything.

Reverence will see a large feature update in the next few days. I would have liked to have released it at the beginning of the summer sale, but ran into some unexpected challenges in the final days. Stay tuned for the announcement. Also, I realize I have not done a great job posting patch notes, as there have been several unannounced patches. I am currently a one man team, and so handling community relations on top of development can be hard, but I will try to do a better job. For now, I would like to share this video of testing that went on before a major patch last year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DQOUM37lfE

Thank you for the early support and the input on the forum. We will be trying to release a new weapon every week.
This week is the Bardiche, a powerful polearm capable of chopping opponents.
Changelog:
-Bardiche added
-Wooden Pitchfork rescaled to be more realistic.
-Z (toggle Fly) disabled - all developer buttons will be moved to console commands
In progress is a implementation of a console (~) so you can enter different developer commands to do things such as tweaking the properties of weapons and health of players if you are the host of a game. Along with several bug fixes of course.
Also, thanks to all the requests on the forum, we will be begin prioritizing work on the motion controller integration next week.

When we have the autonomy to craft the execution of an individual strike when we see an opening a deeper level of immersion unfolds.
