Many of you may have noticed that the multiplayer and competitive features of Liftoff and Liftoff: Micro Drones are currently unavailable. We have been working non-stop, fueled by caffeine and a lot of determination, to bring these features back online as quickly as possible. However, we expect this to be a longer than usual downtime.

What happened?

To explain briefly, during a routine maintenance period of our service provider on their cloud platform, they removed a service that the Liftoff Pro and Liftoff multiplayer services were actively relying on, without any prior warning. The response from their technical support can be summarized as, "it's done, deal with it!" Thats exactly what we are doing now. We're in the process of migrating our service to a more up-to-date environment with more control in our own hands, ensuring that this issue will not occur again in the future. While others may have failed us, we have no intention of letting our community down. Thus, we are working diligently to resolve this downtime as soon as possible.

Pro League tournament

We understand that this unexpected downtime has impacted the final hours of the first chapter in the Fixation Tournament. Rest assured, once our services are back online, we will extend the tournament for a few more days to ensure all participants have a fair opportunity to compete.
