At long last, an announcement! Ryan, the writer/designer and team lead for Euclidean, has been working on a new game. It's called The Zone: Stalker Stories, a post-apocalyptic, narrative RPG with deckbuilder card combat -- and we just launched a Kickstarter campaign for it! The campaign page has much info about where Zone is going and our plans for the future: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/realilluminatedgames/the-zone-stalker-stories Please consider backing us; there are lots of cool rewards, and your support could mean the difference between success and failure! You can also wishlist it on Steam right here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1299540/The_Zone_Stalker_Stories/
New version incoming! This is a minor update that fixes some bugs and incompatibilities with VR HMDs. We've also upgraded to the latest version of Unity. As always, please continue to post any bug reports and feedback in the Discussions area of our Community Hub. Remember, if you die in the game, you die for real.

Whoa, isn't that a big jump in version numbers? Well, there's a reason. That reason is the HTC Vive. Euclidean was always intended as a VR-enabled game, and we've been working hard to make sure it's compatible with the commercial release versions of both the Oculus Rift and Vive. We've done exactly that. Head-tracking, 360-degree, mind-bending terror is now at your eyeballs. And at your fingertips. Full list of features:

Hey everyone! It's the holidays, so what better time for another update? The headliner on this one is that, as a little Xmas present for our European friends, we've incorporated proper language support for French and German! You can now play the game with fully translated menus and subtitles. We're very pleased about that and hope you guys like it too. Full list of features:

Euclidean is Now Available on Steam!
Euclidean; a game of geometric horror; a slow descent into the dark, into madness, futility, and despair, where Things greater than you watch and wait and dream. Struggle for every second of life you have left Even knowing youre better off dead.
You stand on a craggy mountaintop, alone. The only living thing from horizon to horizon. A few other thin, barren peaks thrust up through the clouds like stone needles stuck into the sky. It’s freezing cold yet the ground remains free of snow. The moon waxes full and strange. You don’t recognize any of the stars. Only one thing is certain. This vista is but a window unto something else. Something bizarre and terrifying. Gaze deep enough, and it will gaze back, from unknowable depths and voids where nothing should exist. Perhaps it will extend an invitation. Enter the world of Euclidean, where inscrutable dangers lurk around every corner and your pleas for mercy will go unheard.

We’re committed to providing a good variety of language options for Euclidean. The plan was to launch with Spanish, Italian, French and German translations; however, we’ve been incorporating some last-minute improvements based on player feedback which has expanded the amount of text in the game. That requires more translation, and translation takes time, since we have a bit too much pride to leave it all to Google Translate. Our current plan is that Spanish and Italian will be supported on launch, with others to be integrated as they become available. It shouldn’t take too long. (Knock on wood.)
