Added online mode to survival. Added a new filter red blue. Fixes: Fixed a memory leak when recieving packets online. Fixed death pixel packet not being sent online. Fixed puppet facing wrong direction online. Fixed projectiles not being displayed when a puppet bullet or shotgun bullet is on screen when online. Fixed shuriken being drawn as a card online. Fixed a memory leak when using the baller.
