Hey Militia fans, the Steam page for BrainGoodGames' next game, Axes and Acres is up here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/448910. Check it out and let us know what you think. In Axes and Acres, you are the lord of a small (but growing) farming village during the middle ages. Like Militia, you will use your ingenuity and cleverness to overcome the tough (but fair) tactical challenges provided by the single-player ladder. It is a good deal more ambitious than Militia, featuring several brand new mechanics and ideas, and we think it will provide a huge amount of replayability and depth of strategy. Can't wait to release!

Gameplay is turn based; on your turn you can issue one command to each of your units, and then the enemies each move on their turn according to strict and transparent movement rules.
