Today is not only update day, but we're also releasing The Art of Shelter! https://store.steampowered.com/app/815410/The_Art_of_Shelter/ Content additions
- A yawn emote is now available for the baby animals (Badger Cub, Lynx Cub, and Bear Cub), which unlocks at 50 000 essence
- A small hidden island is now added to the world. Can you find it?
- 12 new skins (one for each animal)
- A 3d-emote-esque sketch skin effect
- Nodding/shaking your head is now key bindable, with y/n as standard.
- The Eagle can now use the specials emotes
- Weirdly tiling lynx skins solved.
- When the Hedgehog swims, there's no longer a dripping sound.
- When the Hedgehog rolls into water, the rolling sound no longer gets stuck.
- Antialiasing no longer gets turned off when going between the Den and the Meadow.
- Various level bugs fixed.
- The art book sketch skin now shows as it should for other players as well.
- Addition: Certain effects are now togglable in the Gameplay options menu (Sketch skin, etc.)
- Flickering obelisk icons should be fixed
- The correct skin is now marked in the menues - even if it's a Blossom or Art of Shelter skin
- The Eagle skins does not reset in the Den anymore

- Communicate with other animals via specially created emotes, symbols and sounds.
- Use senses to discover and track other players in world.
- Visit the den to choose from up to 9 different animals, over 60 skins and over 90 expressions and symbols to unlock.
- The more Shelter titles and products you own, the more bonuses you unlock.
- New original music from Retro Family.
- Owning any Shelter game will unlock the ability to play as that animal in Meadow (e.g. owning Shelter 2 unlocks the lynx etc.)
- Owning all games (no soundtracks or books included) will give you the possibility to play as the adorable bear cub from Paws.
- Gain unique sound abilities if you own any combination of soundtracks.
- Owning our interactive books will unlock unique 3-dimensional emotes.
- For the collector and owner of the entire Shelter catalogue, you unlock the ability to play as a bird.
