Bug-fixing patch: the mushroom is now safe

Hey guys, just updated with a bug-fixing patch! Should be no biggie, but picking up mushroom at one point is no longer a serious matter of concern for getting stuck.

Also fixed another few places that folks reported bugs at (guest house + plane cockpit), and other minor glitches. Thanks for posting about them!

(P.S. This is for PC version for the time being -- As soon as it looks like all's well, I'll be sending it to Eli who would be able to update the Mac & Linux version with it as well.)
