Currently, 10 people have managed to finish the 'Jumbo' level in Children of Orc.
Of these 10 people, the top ranked player is:
Umbrella Incorporated, in a time of 2 hrs, 1 minute and 4 seconds.
The player that ranks #1 one week from now as fastest-win on Jumbo, will win a stylish long sleeved Children of Orc shirt.
I'll contact the winner next week, if the prize remains unclaimed, it will go to a runner up.
Sizes available: Medium and Large.

I've uploaded V127 with the following changes: - Block the staking of a tile that has already been staked. - Number one player request: stop surprising player with the direction of the bridge. Now, the bridge directions are indicated before the bridge is staked out. Note: I've upgraded my build machine to windows 10. So this is the first build that was made on that architecture. This should not make any difference for the build, but if it somehow mangled the game, let me know in the forums or via email to b.stolk@gmail.com Thank you. Bram Stolk

I just released V126 with the following changes: Fixed a freeze bug when path finding would freeze on jumbo planets if really long paths (>256 tiles) were found. Seeing that people playing the Jumbo sized planets are my paying customers, I feel really bad for the fact that the jumbo planet was less stable than the normal size. Hopefully, playing jumbo size is now as stable as the large size. My thanks go out to Mr Woodchuck for helping me track down the issue.

I plan to leave early access soon, to bring in a larger audience. If you think there are some things left to implement before a larger release, please leave a note in this thread with your thoughts. Thank you for helping out Children of Orc. I appreciate your time spent with the game. Yours Sincerely, Bram Stolk

I have released a new build of the game with the following fixes: - Increased max nr of buildings, so that playing on Jumbo planet will not crash. - Don't compile windows binary with AVX switch. This theoretically should replace the launch crash with a warning dialog saying AVX support was not detected. Let me know if this is indeed the case.

I've uploaded a new version of the game: V113. It contains the following fixes: - Fix for launch crash that many windows users were experiencing. - Music played from memory, instead of non stop streaming from disk. Known issues: - Music keeps playing in menu. If you had launch issues with the game, please try the update and report back. You may have to restart the steam client to have it pick up the update.

I just released V110 on the store. Changelog: V110 ==== Increased tree limit and increased item limit, so that Jumbo worlds don't hit it. Annotate storage areas that are full. V109 ==== This release fixes an issue where Orcs could get stranded just off a bridge. It also fixes a bug where after loading a saved game, Orcs would not resume the construction of a bridge. Older fixes include disabling floating-point-exceptions on Linux to work around a Mesa bug[lists.freedesktop.org] that plagued the driver for Intel's integrated GPU. Another older fix is an added line for Gaia the tutor.
