Here's the list of changes in Angeldust v3.9:
All mime!
Angeldust v3.9 brings the "mimic" block which copies the appearance of a block below or above it. Mimics live in their own world, so other blocks are not affected by them. Complicated, but amazing!
The building possibilities and combinations have just exponentially increased. See this screenshot for some constructions that were previously impossible to create:

Connect stairs to thin blocks, build walls out of panels, make individually tapered shapes, create beautiful practice dummies and make things climbable.
Meet your mimic
There are two mimic blocks, here's what they look like:
- "Thin" mimic block: copies block below, shows top panel block element, is climbable
- "Full" mimic block: copies block above, shows middle panel block element, is not climbable
Angeldust developer Firefly (that's me) shows the mimic block with many building tricks in this developer livestream video:

A bulldozer. Just what you need!
For eons players have asked for a better way to clear new land claims so they can start building on flat ground. Your wishes have been heard. Introducing the
bulldozer:

The bulldozer is a bull. And a dozer. All rolled into one. Before you fire it up you'll see a red bounding box denote the land claim you are about to flatten. Here are a few bulldozing tips:
- Only the builder hero can purchase and use the bulldozer
- The bulldozer only works in your own claimed lands
- It only clears the naturally present terrain and trees
- You can stop the bulldozer using the detonator
- Bulldozers stop if an older device is physically nearby

Gaming. Enhanced.
Angeldust v3.9 tweaks hero gameplay to add more fun and variety. Fighters now get rewarded with a bit of health for nearby creature kills. Scouts will slightly heal while sprinting as a reward for being mobile and actually, well, scouting.
But be aware: the behavior and artificial intelligence of a few creatures has been enhanced to offer more challenge and diversity. Thanks to
Alexi makarov for some cool suggestions. I'd love to hear more from all of you.
Loudness wars
ColtsWalker asked for more granular main volume controls. So, here they are: you can now set Angeldust's main volume in increments of 10%. Especially handy on loud or noisy devices:

For reference, the old volume levels mapped to: 0% (Off), 33% (Low), 67% (Normal) and 100% (High).
That was left-handed!
In other news
ColtsWalker also asked for improved left-handed keyboard controls. You got it!
See the 'Controls' page on the Angeldust website for the full details.
Every claim you stake
In even other news
ColtsWalker reported that claiming a land silently fails if you enter a description that is too long. So Angeldust v3.9 now shows you in bold, red text that your claim is going to fail:

In hindsight, this update should probably have been called
The ColtsWalker Update. I'm open for suggestions from players with other player names too, though.
