Hi Everyone, We know it seems like things have been awfully quiet on our end but rest assured weve been very busy bees here at Sapphire Dragon Productions. For the past few months weve been pouring most of our efforts towards The Agency: Chapter 2. Now for those of you that backed the game on Kickstarter you probably know that our supposed release date for the game is January 31st. Given how close we are to the date you may have probably guessed that we probably wont be making that date. The reason for this is that because of the amount of support we got for the game we ended up really getting into the game and have added WAY more features than we initially thought we would. For example we improved all the art and got a fantastic artist that weve worked with on two other projects to do the character art and really bring up the quality of the existing sprites and create new fantastic characters too. We also got a new background artist and really extended the amount and level of these backgrounds! Furthermore weve added a hidden item minigame on top of the image scrambling minigame that we have in Chapter One. This time we also have CGs! On top of that this Chapter is a lot longer than Chapter One and really goes deep into this steampunk world. Of course we would be lying if we said that personal reasons were not involved in the delay too. I (Antonio) have been having some small stomach problems (due to exotic travel haha) and my business partner (Carlo) is expecting his first child so of course weve been focusing on those matters but are very happy too with our upcoming travel/baby. Ive chosen not to include screenshots as I really dont want to take away from the playing experience for you guys. The coming soon page should be up next week or the week after so hopefully yall can get a taste of how things are looking then. So yeah, we have not forgotten about you Agency Fans (especially you Kickstarter backers) and assure you this game is very close to being finished. We are just in the process of making it as good as we can to give you the smoothest playing experience when it comes out end of February (fingers crossed)! So thats that from us! Keep being awesome!
