1.4.4.0 Small update to fix FPS issue

There was an issue with the framerate after a recent windows update that caused the game to stutter in an annoying way, leading to max framerate of around 20-30fps. I've updated the project to Gamemaker Studio 2 (from 1.4) and hopefully fixed this issue. Let me know if you find any problems with this update, thanks! <3 Fermenter
