Newcastle International Airport is located in the Newcastle upon Tyne, England area, approximately 6 miles north of the city center. After Manchester, it is the second largest airport in the north of England, with more than 4.8 million passengers.
The airport features a 20cm/pixel photoscenery, animated Jetways, Marshaller and VDGS, custom PBR ground textures and HD vegetation, as well as wet and snow ground effects. In addition, the new SAMv2 plugin from Stairport Sceneries (Custom Color & Season Adjustments) was used.
