Marinatide Update #5

It’s time again for Marinatide update. In Version 0.7, we are expanding the playing field! Expanding the player map significantly, we are introducing two new islands and over a hundred of new Fish Areas. In addition to that, we’ve also made some adjustments to the way Fish Areas work. You can find more details about Update #5 in our devblog. Let us know what you think of the new areas on our forum.

- Moved some NPC:s to new islands

- Increased performance
- Fishing removes fish from Fish Areas
- Fish Areas replenish fish over time
- Map can be opened with “M” or “Tab”
- Map is centered to player
- Less dialogue when entering Inn/Shop (less clicking)
- Changed how fish amount is calculated on areas

Marinatide is a sea fishing and exploration game, combining elements of strategy and adventure.
You play as Marina — a rookie sea captain and a fishing over-enthusiast, roaming the waters with her partner, Vino, in search of the next big catch. But fishing life is not all breezy: there is a license to get and deadlines to meet. You have to fish against time and earn your keep or it’s all over! Though, there’s always another day...
