To those of you who have experienced an annoying loop of *bleep* when pressing NEW GAME in the intro menu in Update 3.0.0.1, we have good news for you. An update is being uploaded [strike]within the next 24 hours[/strike]*, so you can play and enjoy the game without the bug. The update will still be called 3.0.0.1.
The audio file was set to loop forever (true instead of false)...
Here's a way to go about the bug temporarily:
- Press NEW GAME
- In the Level Menu press MAIN MENU
- Press CONTINUE
- The never-ending *bleep* should be gone ːurbanhappyː

* Unfortunately my laptop keyboard is broken (keys d and c don't work) so I have to copy/paste the letters because I didn't bring my extra keyboard to where I am now (far away from my workspace... from anything...) BUT the steam command prompt (where I am uploading the patch) won't allow me to copy/paste any letters into it, so it won't be fixed/uploaded until July 16th where I have my extra keyboard and back at the workspace. This is sheep Island. Home of conservatives, alcoholic politicians, serial killers, violent police and other citizens of the modern colonial civilization. You set off to begin your new life in the western part of Sheep Island. All you have is 65 bucks, no job (with no intention of getting one) and a lust to live life dangerously...
