These challenges also feature a new different perspective, slightly 3d.
Personally I think it looks better but curious to know what everyone thinks.

Use your own custom sprites or grab some cool ones from the Workshop and make yourself unique on the leaderboards!
Challenge: Archer Surround
Dodge as many arrows as you can!

Take out as many enemies as possible! Your health is constantly dropping Charge your combo and heal yourself
Challenge: Provide Support
Protect your minions! Score increases for each friendly Minion that is alive

Survive for as long as you can! Attack and counters are disabled Grab the pick ups to charge your combo and unleash SUPER SELF on your enemies This is the first in a series of DLC, some paid and some Free, that will be released in the coming weeks. I have loads of ideas on how I can expand upon the core gameplay and will be adding them as interesting new challenges. Steam Friends integration! Now the Knights names can be pulled from your friends, you can choose to pick from all your friends or just those you played with recently (90 days).
Lots of bug fixing and minor features added these past few days like a more polished Battle Results window, support for changing tabs in the Options menu with arrow keys, added Retreat option, etc.
I've also been researching multiplayer since it is the most requested feature and it appears to be viable so I'm now going to look into getting it to work. Stay tuned!

You can now make your own sprites to use in the game and share them with the community.
Making your own custom objects is quite easy, just follow this simple guide:

Construct these structures to help you grow your empire.
Trebuchet - Attacks nearby enemies and provides support while in battle
Safehouse - Recruits units willing to join your cause and sends them to the nearest Castle
Mine - Generates Gold and sends a Convoy to the nearest Castle
Added some specific events that should make the mid-late game more interesting.
Many improvements to the Knight Orders UI, you can now multi-select, view their current orders and set them to follow you.
Also performance improvements especially in late-game, previously taking 40ms now only 2ms.

The new Overmap is here! It is bigger, 12 new Battle maps and 3 visual environment types!
Performance was terrible with such a large map which caused me to work on many things cutting down save times from 30 seconds to 20 milliseconds!
Also several performance improvements while in battle.
Many small tweaks to make the game balanced and compelling but I need your feedback with regards to the new map. Is it too hard? Too large? Please let me know!

Howdy!
The Knight intro now showcases the Knight's name and his skills along with a description of what they do, this should help clarify what the icons mean. The icons will also be remade in the future.
Upgrades now unlock as you gain experience which should help guide new players more easily rather than showing 30 upgrades at once.

Howdy,
New and updated Sprites and many fixes.
Added respawn timer penalty for each Knight death making battles against a large number of Knights more manageable.
Also added option to skip Knight intro so you don't get stuck watching the same animations over and over again.

Knight skills!
All Knights now have a specific set of skills. Heal, Earthshatter, Inspire, Trapmaster, Mortars and more.
You can use the Flurry Combo to cancel a Knight skill, take them down before they take down all your units!
The new info window showcases their skills, stats and has a respawn timer.

Improved Overmap AI! Enemies and friendlies will now attack nodes and take over regions. They will also request help from nearby Knights when attacking a node with a lot of units. Destroyed nodes will be repaired after some time. This should make the entire world feel much more dynamic. Also added a highlight to the current target and slightly tweaked how that target is chosen. Now it should be easier to attack the same target and when several enemies group up you can hopefully hit all the correct buttons. Introducing Minion upgrades! Level 2 are a bit stronger, Level 3 are quite a lot stronger, have an extra health button and unique skills! Minions throw a rock that stuns whoever it hits. Archers fire 3 arrows in quick succession that are slightly guided towards their target. Shielders have a charge where they knockback and stun units. Currently the friendly minions don't use skills and their level is always somewhat lower than the enemies, in the future it will be manually upgraded by the player. As always I'm looking for feedback, especially in regards to difficulty, I want the game to have a smooth difficulty curve. The level of the minions is dependent on the defense of the node, node type and currently owned regions. So do let me know if you find the new minions too strong/weak.
