• Re-introduced a Full Screen Exclusive (FSE) mode

Issues Addressed

• Improve processing of Steam Leaderboards which due to increased size (a good thing) could result in frame skips (a bad thing) during background leaderboard refreshes (approximately every 5 minutes).
