Jumps receives a major update after many years! This update replaces the old Level Select Menu system with a new 3D Hub World which you can explore and find secrets in - Less UI, more Jumping! With so many quality improvements, bug fixes and more updates on the way: including a Speedrun Mode, Level Editor and Multiplayer, the future of Jumps has never looked so bright! More info from the Developer: For the past 10 months I have been working on this update, I created this game when I was 16 and I am now 23. This is the only game I've ever released commercially. I used Unity as my game engine since I was 14 years old, moving on from GameMaker: Studio. I've had many failed attempts at making new games and I ended up returning to the only game I ever finished to show it some love. I'm thinking of this update as setting up better foundations for the game, it may not seem like a lot but I think the hub world is a massive improvement over the old level select menu system, and I've fixed a bunch of bugs and code issues that have been plaguing Jumps since its release. I've essentially rebuilt over half the game with this update and now its going to be much easier to update the game moving forward. I'm proud of 16 year old me for making this game and I'm proud of myself now at 23 for the work I've done to freshen this game up. I'm testing the game on mobile atm too so you might see Jumps coming to iOS and Android soon. I hope you enjoy the update! Soon enough I shall return to add the Speedrun mode, an Endless procedural mode, and then in the future I want to finally finish the Level Editor update and finish adding Mutliplayer to Jumps so you can race your friends. I figured out the issue that caused everyone to lose their progress, I unintentionally and unknowingly changed the directory of the saves. I've fixed this and everyone should have their old saves back. This unfortunately means that anyone who played in the last few days will lose their data but this is for the greater good as the thousands of people who lost their progress will get it back. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone, this whole issue has been pretty amateur but also a learning process for me so that it doesn't happen again with any of my future games I release. OOPS It seems that if you played the patch yesterday you would have lost all your data, I'm terribly sorry about this. I've implemented a cheat code that you can use at the menu to unlock all the worlds instantly so that people don't have to redo the entire game. It won't bring your times back, unfortunately. All Mac OS users: Jumps was experiencing crashes on Mac when launching the game. I've temporarily fixed this by disabling Post Processing completely, which means no nice graphics (Anti-aliasing, bloom, etc.) until I can figure out a solution. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience, I will try to have this fixed as soon as possible. Thanks! -Timothy

Change log: - Added random level mode that unlocks when you complete world 6 (Steampunk). - Rebindable keys in launcher actually work now (Thank you Anda and Intelligence). - The first level of each world now stays unlocked when you reset your times. - Fixed lava not killing the player on Level 10 of the desert world (Thank you r00ster). - Fixed cacti and spiked islands (Steampunk) not killing the player. - When you unlock a new world you are now notified at the end of the level, ie: "Snow world unlocked!". - Player now moves the same speed backwards as forwards. - Small optimisations. jumptoken Jumps has also received a lot of graphical improvement and optimization since the last update in April 2017, too long ago.

For the next 2 weeks, if you hold the WR on the speedrun.com page, you will be rewarded with 5 steam keys for the game, which you can give to your friends or do whatever you want with them.
