This patch addresses the following issues:

- Dodge rate of the boss "Mistform" slightly decreased;
- Fixed a bug where achievements do not unlock on Linux;
- [Linux] Survival Mode bosses attacking during player's turn;
- [Linux] 'Godslayer' achievement not unlocking;
- [Linux] Elf Ranger's 'Magic Imbue' count not displaying properly.

- Fixed a bug during "Terr, Scion of Darkness" boss fight where the game would crash.
- The game now supports windowed mode in Windows. Press ALT+ENTER to switch between fullscreen and windowed mode. If any Windows 10 users happen to open the game and only see a black screen, switching modes should fix it.
