Special Eligibility Requirements: All participants must own the full version of Last Dream: World Unknown on Steam. Competition Judges: Andrew Walker, Josh Mellon, Mark Cope, Chris Moore, and Seth Hetu (the Creators of Last Dream) will use submitted save files to objectively determine the first 5 players to complete 100% of the achievements in Last Dream: World Unknown. Selection of a Winner: All Last Dream: World Unknown save files submitted prior to 11:59 EDT on August 31st, 2017 to info@whitegiantrpg.com will be analyzed for completion of 100% of achievements in Last Dream: World Unknown. Any save files that do not meet the criteria above will be disqualified, and the remaining entries will be ordered from the earliest to latest submission time to complete 100% of achievements in Last Dream: World Unknown. The five participants with the earliest submitted save files with 100% of the achievements in Last Dream: World Unknown will be awarded prizes. Competition Prizes: 1st Place Rewards: $100, Last Dream: World Unknown NPC with personalized text, a World Unknown Tombstone, a World Unknown Steam Key, and a statue in the Hall of Champions in World Unknown. 2nd Place Rewards: $75, Last Dream: World Unknown NPC and Tombstone, plus a World Unknown Steam Key. 3rd Place Rewards: $50, Last Dream: World Unknown NPC and a World Unknown Steam Key. 4th Place Rewards: $25 and a World Unknown Steam Key. 5th Place Rewards: World Unknown Steam Key. *At the option of the competition winners, the extra World Unknown Steam Key may be replaced with a Steam Key for Last Dream II with a materially-delayed award date of at least two years and the risk that Steam will not host Last Dream II. In all cases, a Steam Key for World Unknown shall be deemed adequate and full consideration for all competition winners as a replacement for Last Dream II. Payments will be made via PayPal. Non-cash value prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prize Details: The "Last Dream: World Unknown NPC" prize allows the prize winner to have an NPC named after themselves (or any other name of their choice, within the developers discretion) in World Unknown. Prize winners will be contacted for information at the conclusion of the competition. The "Last Dream: World Unknown Tombstone" prize allows the prize winner to have a Tombstone with text of their choosing (within the developers discretion) in World Unknown. Prize winners will be contacted for information at the conclusion of the competition. The "Last Dream: World Unknown NPC with personalized text" prize allows the prize winner to have an NPC named after themselves or any name of their choice and write text of their choosing (within the developers discretion) in World Unknown. Prize winners will be contacted for information at the conclusion of the competition. The "Statue in the Hall of Champions in World Unknown" prize allows the prize winner to have a statue based on a character costume of their choice in a secret location in Last Dream: World Unknown called the Hall of Champions. The statue will also include a plaque with the prize winners preferred name and quote. Prize winners will be contacted for information at the conclusion of the competition. If selected, Last Dream II will be distributed to prize winners when/if the game is released on Steam. If selected, the World Unknown Steam Key: will be distributed to prize winners within 15 days. Other Rules: Geographic Area of Competition: Residents of all countries worldwide and of all states in the U.S. are allowed to participate in this competition (except those in Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, New Jersey, Tennessee and Vermont; entry fees are not lawfully permitted for competitions in these named U.S. states). This contest is void where prohibited. Contests and promotions are subject to all country, federal, state, and local laws. Start and End Dates of Competition: The competition begins June 1st, 2017 at 12:00 PM EDT and ends at 11:59 EDT on August 31st, 2017. Save files received after 11:59 EDT on August 31st, 2017 will not be considered. Winners Documentation: The Prize Winners for the competition can be obtained from the Last Dream: World Unknown Community Hub on Steam on September 3rd by 11:59 EDT. Excluded Participants: Last Dream: World Unknown Creators (Andrew Walker, Josh Mellon, Mark Cope, Chris Moore, and Seth Hetu) are excluded from participation in the competition, as well as anyone younger than 13 years of age. General Release of Liability: Contest winners and participants agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold White Giant RPG Studios, LLC and the Last Dream: World Unknown Creators harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prizes or participation in the contest. Agreement to Rules: By submitting a save file to info@whitegiantrpg.com you acknowledge that you are fully aware of and agree with all the terms and conditions of this competition, per the Official Contest Rules for the Last Dream "100% Achievements" Competition. Other Conditions: By participating in the contest, a participant agrees to have his or her name, avatar, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation.
