Rento V7 is finally here!!

We added multiple dice feature + dice configurator + 5 strategy cards. Here are the details:

[h3]I. MULTIPLE DICE[/h3]
When this game setting is on, you will be able to choose between 4 dice options before you roll.
Among the standard 1 2 3 4 5 6 die, you also can choose between [0, 1, 2, 3, 3, 4] , [0, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8] and [0, 1, 5, 6, 7, 10].

As you can see, the new dice have values between 0 and 10 (including).

This makes the game much more fun and allows for more strategy thinking.
The multiple dice feature is available for all game types (solo, local, online and Wi-Fi)


[h3]II. DICE CONFIGURATOR[/h3]
This is premium DLC feature that allows you to customize your dice.
You can choose how many dice can players choose from (between 2 and 5) and you can configure each die sides with numbers between 0 and 10.

However there are 2 limits:
1) Each die must have 3 even and 3 odd sides
2) The sum of all dice sides much be maximum 40

[h3]III. STRATEGY CARDS UPDATE[/h3]
We increased the number of strategy cards that each player has
Now each player has 5 strategy cards in the games instead of 3

[h3]IV. MULTIPLE BUGS ARE FIXED[/h3]
We didn't only added new features but we fixed some old annoying bugs.

All these new features are available in Steam, Android, iOS and WEB platforms.
As always this update has full controller support so you can enjoy the multiple dice and the other features with your PlayStation, Xbox or Switch controller.

Huge news folks,

We just added local WIFI / LAN multiplayer mode to the game.

You can now play in multiplayer without connecting to our server.
This is ideal if you have bad internet connection or none at all.
Join your friends on the local LAN or WiFi network now.
You can play up to 6 players in one room.

Tournaments have been improved a lot!
You can now see all tournament rooms and you can watch the games and see how long until a table finishes.

You can also see who is waiting for the next match table.

In todays version we added tournament online icon that shows how many people are online in the upcoming tournament.
If the online players are less than tournaments minimum players requirement - the tournament gets cancelled.

Hey, another great update just came :)

Rento is fully supported on Steam Deck.
You can play with only the Deck controller and use the virtual keyboard for all places where you enter text (like naming your player or chatting).

The game is listed as "great on deck" so you can be sure you can play it 100% without any issues.
We also optimized the performance so you can enjoy optimal battery life on your Deck console.

We are happy to announce that in this update, we added friend lists.
You can now add players to your friend list as you play online.

You can also block players so they can not join your games anymore.


Blocking player during game, prevents him from sending you chat messages too.

Another new feature that we added is ability to watch games of your players.

Just open the "Steam game" menu and click on the busy friends (orange light icon) and you will be able to watch them as they play.

We are extremely happy to announce that we just released Rento TEAM play :))

Rento TEAMS will add allow you to play the game in 2 teams of 2 people , 2 teams of 3 people, 2 teams of 4 people and 4 teams of 2 people.
Teams can be played online or offline (in Pass To Play mode)
Robots are also team enabled so you can create online room and join a robot in it.



[h2]Key differences in Team games[/h2]

• Money are common across teams
  
• Land properties are also common across teams
  
• If one of the team goes to jail and "jail rent" setting is OFF - the whole team does not receive rents while team member is in jail
  
• Teams are chosen by room creator
  
• Robots can join multiplayer team games
  
• When people trade across teams, they can choose which player of the team to send the offer to (if offer is rejected, player can try with a different member of the same team)
  
• When one player bankrupts, other player(s) from this team has one more roll (so if he is before start and cross it, he will get $200 which may save him from bankrupting)
  
• Game ends when other team(s) bankrupt and all players from winning team are the winners

Deep Board is two level Rento board in which you can play with new lands, new companies and 8 people with multiple territories to conquer and have fun.

When you land on an owned subway station, the game moves your pawn to the inner circle, in which you can enjoy more lands, gifts and two new companies.

We are happy to announce that we made one of our most requested features - 8 players support and a bigger map.


There are 12 color sets in this board. We have added "white", "lite green" and "black" color sets.
This also means that all color sets are now made of 2 cells.
In the 8 player mode, 2 new pawns are added: black and white.

When you are in game, press and hold the F keyboard button to talk to your friends.
Optionally you can allow voice chat to the non Steam players in your current game.

This feature works between Steam players only and it is available for Windows only.

We are extremely happy to announce that we just added 4 new game modes to the game.

=== Strategy Cards ===











If this new game option is selected, you will have 3 strategy cards, which you can use in your favor while playing.
Please note that these cards are only 3 and once you play them, no new cards will be given to you in the current game.

Some of the cards can interact with the other players in the game. For example, a card can bring a player of your choice to your location on the game board.
Another card can raise house prices or save you from bankrupting once.

In total we added 19 strategy cards, of which every player will get 3 random cards per game.

=== Auction Mode ===



This game setting will put on auction every property on which a player lands.
This will eliminate the "luck" in the game and will make your game pure strategy and trading skills

=== Win on Rentals ===



This setting will end the game when one of the players reaches a chosen amount of rents collected.
We added new "rent" indicator which will show you how close you are from winning the game by collecting rents.

=== Win on Capital ===

This setting will end the game when one of the players has more money than the amount chosen in the "capital win" setting

Today we added another great update to Rento.
Now you have the option to change your nickname as you want.

The change is offered as paid microtransaction. We had to do it this way, to limit the amount of users who constantly change (or want to change) their nicknames.

Hello everyone,
Today we released new Rento version in which you can find the following:
1) New Platform icons. Now you can see your opponents platform.

As you know, Rento Fortune is cross-platform multiplayer game and you can play vs players on Android, iOS, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Windows 10 and WEB.

2) DUBAI and HAWAII are replaced with QATAR and CHINA to match with other lands, which are countries (and not cities).

3) Immunity bug fix (The immunity used to work on next turn, although it should have been cancelled)

4) DONE button bug fix (Sometimes the button did not disappear, when it should have)

5) Timing achievements bug fix (Sometimes they were activated on games over 1 hour. Now it is fixed)

This card allow you to set one land where the Olympic games will be hosted.
It will increase the land's rent by 50% for one pawn landing.



This card is kept to you and you can use this immunity whenever you want (but before you roll the dice). Once you apply the immunity, you will not pay any rent for that turn.

In today's v4.3.9 update of Rento, we just released new Rento maps.
Find them in boards menu, under the second "COUNTRIES / CITIES" tab.

This is the United States map. You play on the many different USA states, instead of countries.

Next is the Russian map. Here you play on the biggest cities in Russia.

Another interesting map is EUROPE. Here you play in European map with European countries.

For our Friends in China, we have a Chinese map with beautiful Chinese background and Chinese cities.

As we have many players from Germany, this map is made for them - to play on their local cities.

Another very beautiful map is the Indian map. This map has the biggest cities in India and the map is in Hindi language

Last but not least is the beautiful Indonesia map that will be the favorite map for our Indonesian players.
