I've added achievements and completed the last tasks required for a Steam release, so I hope that there will be no obstacles. Steam's changing policies required me to rework some things, but the plan right now is to not require any patch to play the full game.

If you are interested in Lizzie and John, please check it out when it releases! I tried to show some glimpses of their future while still giving the two of them a satisfying conclusion. If you'd like to see more, please cross your fingers along with me for the launch!

This VN will be a sequel to Crimson Gray - and as you can see from the image above, you'll be playing from Lizzie's POV! I enjoyed writing from her perspective and have a few tricks that I hope will make it an interesting experience.

Please think of this as "Crimson Gray 1.5" instead of a full sequel. It will be shorter than the first game (and priced lower), basically a chance to revisit the characters and explore a little more of Lizzie and John's story and world.

Steam has just launched an open beta for creator homepages, which I think is definitely a good thing. Before, it was necessary to use game page updates to talk about new games, which never felt quite right to me. Now, if you are interested in following me as a creator, there's a centralized location!

Whatever the unknown requirements are from Valve, Crimson Gray was just recently allowed to submit trading cards! After a little work, we have the complete set accepted and now released. So if you want Lizzie to grace your profile, want to see some previously unreleased John concept art, or just like collecting cards... now is your chance!

Note that you should receive drops for time already played. For most of you, that should mean that you receive the whole set of cards immediately.

Though the requirements remain a mystery, this is a positive sign for my other games. It may not happen immediately, but they are likely to be given cards in the future. Rest assured that if a game is permitted to have cards, we will make it happen!

Expect the next update here to be a preview of the DLC expansion to Crimson Gray. ^-^

I want to thank everyone for their messages of concern regarding the removal of games on Steam. To answer your questions: no, I have not received any messages threatening removal of Crimson Gray. We are monitoring the situation and have always made every effort to comply with Steam policies. The plan is still to go forward with the Steam release of Ouroboros.

The DLC expansion to the story of Crimson Gray is still continuing! The text is essentially complete and we can now confirm that we have the original artist on the project! We look forward to bringing you more of Lizzie and John in time. ^-^

We just finished uploading a new version of the game that contains a few minor changes that fix things after the NSFW patch is applied:
- The lower main menu items are now correct.
- It should be easier to get the Completion achievement.

These changes will have no impact if you're playing the SFW version, but we hope they improve quality of life for the NSFW version a little!

EDIT: Some users have reported gallery problems in this version. New players shouldn't have an issue, but if you had a problem with unseen content unlocking, you may want to do a complete reinstall.
