With the current settings of Steam I can't create a set of free games and paid DLC. I wrote to the support about this. I plan to add support for other languages in my game. But it depends on the translators. The game doesn't contain a lot of text. Maybe some people will want to make a translation. I'm thinking about making the texts open to everyone.
